Accessibility at Creangă
Last reviewed: July 16, 2026
Dacia Learning LLC wants Creangă to be usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the web app and include native accessibility checks in mobile release QA.
What we support
• Keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator on the web.
• Light and dark themes with shared text colors checked for AA contrast.
• Responsive layouts that reflow at narrow widths and support browser zoom.
• Named controls, labeled authentication fields, understandable errors, and screen-reader status announcements.
• Text alternatives or accessible names for meaningful interactive images and audio controls.
Known limitations
We have completed a focused web audit of public navigation, authentication, vocabulary browsing, story lookup, theme contrast, zoom/reflow, and keyboard focus. A complete VoiceOver and TalkBack pass of the native apps remains part of pre-store release QA. Third-party payment screens are provided by the payment provider and may behave differently from Creangă itself.
We do not claim full WCAG conformance yet. We will update this statement as testing expands and when significant interface changes are released.
Report a barrier
If something prevents you from using Creangă, tell us what you were trying to do, the page or screen, your device and browser, and any assistive technology you use. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
